The JAN Group comprises Restaurant JAN in Nice, our beloved mothership on the Côté d’Azur, Restaurant Klein JAN, Tswalu, our crown jewel in the Kalahari, JAN Franschhoek, our picturesque seasonal experience in the Cape Winelands, and JAN Innovation Studio, the creative and media heart of our brand in Cape Town. Opportunities include short-term, location-specific internships with a three-month duration, as well as long-term internships of up to twelve months across the hospitality and creative portfolios. Long-term hospitality internships can include rotational placement at each of the JAN Restaurant establishments. We don’t make food. We create experiences.
